Accurate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is a challenge for most manufacturing companies. The MRP Software in Seradex ERP gives the purchasing department a view of stocked items that may have an unusually large demand due to new Sales Orders.

This demand can be outside of the normal reorder quantity amount. A recommended Purchase Quantity is calculated and can automatically create a Seradex Material Requisition based on the new demand.

• The user enters ordering criteria and the system will recommend buying quantities based on this input
• Menu selections allow the user to Include All or Exclude All items from being added to the Material Requisition.
• User can sort items with Filter By Lead Time. If this flag is activated, the user will only see those items that are inside
• Their vendor lead time based on the due date of the relevant Sales Orders.
• Items that need to be ordered will be automatically added to the Seradex Material Requisition

• Real Time interactive MRP report to review and then transfer items to Material Requisition form
