Our Solution of ERP Event Alert

  • Create Rules Driven Events
  • Define events that are based on conditions in Seradex ERP or any ODBC database (i.e. SQL Server or Access).
  • Define events that can be assessed via Microsoft Windows API - i.e. low disk space, server down, failed backup etc.
  • Each alert can have its own broadcast frequency (immediately, hourly, daily weekly or monthly) and distribution list.
  • Each alert can utilize one or more Crystal Reports
  • Integrated with RIM Blackberry, pager or cell phone notification
  • Distribution lists can include employees, suppliers, customers or anyone with an email account

Management

  • Daily status report - Orders Booked, Production, Shipping Value, Late Shipments, Over Due POs etc

Sales and Customer Service

  • Send automatic order confirmations to customers
