Work Instructions can include the following information:

The customer name.
The customer product number.
Effective date of the control plan.
Product name.
Revision level of this plan.
Tools required
Any special instructions required
Describe the inspection steps in detail
Include SPC or special checks
Any special customer requirements
List out the process flow for this operation.
List specific material requirements, color, or other attributes.
Reaction plan: Brief description of action to take if any failures occur
The type of inspection method to use including the tool(s) needed.
The limits or other criteria for the inspection occurring at this step.
Inspection frequency
Attach an inspection drawing or photo where possible.
