The Item Quick Edit module in Seradex ERP presents a view of all part numbers and items to the user and an interface to quickly adjust key details in the Item Master. You can quickly scrub and polish all Item Master information. ERP data quality is a critical but often overlooked factor of implementation success. Create a dictionary of all unique words used in every Item Master description - identifies all variations of a word - ie BLACK, blk, Blck, black, blk etc.
Search and Replace form allows the user to do multiple search and replace operations at one time. This ensures all words are consistently used.
Primary Word Mover - if you find the word Pipe anywhere in the description move it to the first word of the description
By selecting Primary Vendor or Secondary Vendor, this detail is displayed allowing the user to edit or add new Vendor data
