Remote Estimating Software - Seradex ERP

The Remote Estimating Module provides all the functionality of the Seradex Estimating module to remote Sales Reps, customers or Dealers. It is a stand alone application that is installed on a remote laptop or computer. Quotations can be entered, printed and emailed. No connection to the internet is required to enter a new quote. This differs from the Web Order Entry module - the Web Order Entry module only functions over the internet.

Periodically the remote user can "synchronize" their system with the central system. This process can be done over the internet or over the corporate network if the sales rep is in the office. The synchronization process does the following:

Downloads all new quotes from the remote system to the central system
Converts selected quotes to sales orders for review in the central system
Uploads pricing, items, new customers and other data from the central system to the remote system
