Define - Enter granular Customer Expectations and Requirements and assign ID Number. Assess cost / benefits all open ID's and select approve opportunities to move forward with.
Measure (Step 1) - Develop measurement criteria and standards for each Customer Expectation ID Number
Measure (Step 2) - Ensure Data is Collected by the Seradex ERP for each Measurement
Analyze - Issues reports comparing Measurement Standards with Actual Data
Improve - Enter improvement tasks - assign ID number for each improvement task to monitor
