  • Track Six Sigma Training Levels of all employees including scheduled training, Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt Certification
  • Define - Enter granular Customer Expectations and Requirements and assign ID Number. Assess cost / benefits all open ID's and select approve opportunities to move forward with.
  • Measure (Step 1) - Develop measurement criteria and standards for each Customer Expectation ID Number
  • Measure (Step 2) - Ensure Data is Collected by the Seradex ERP for each Measurement
  • Analyze - Issues reports comparing Measurement Standards with Actual Data
  • Improve - Enter improvement tasks - assign ID number for each improvement task to monitor
  • Control - As each measurement and improvement activity is tracked managers can prioritize, assess status, progress and performance
  • Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) - Enter each Design Task and assign Tracking number
  • Defect Measurement - Using the Seradex Quality Control Module measure product and process defects
  • Root Cause Analysis - Record each Non Conformance incident and assign a Tracking number. Identify Corrective Action and Poka Yoke and monitor status of implementation
